I am also part of a team of girls from the North Country who are walking in the NY 3 Day 60 mile walk in October from Bear Mountain to Manhattan.
The proceeds of this event go to medical research, clinical care, financial assistance, support services and educational seminars.
Every 3 minutes a new case will be diagnosed.
Every 13 minutes, it claims another life.
